WIXOM, MI | 2018 GMC AcadiaJune 25, 2025Everything went well with the advisor DJ. The issue i had was addressed 2 times before and apparently was not resolved. I had a Shift to Park message in my car that ended up costing me over $600 to repair. The previous dealership (Sellers GMC) tried to fix it 2 times under GM warranty but apparently that failed because after a few years, the issue was back. I am extremely unhappy with my GMC Acadia and also unhappy with the way this issue was handled. Also, I feel it's unfair to charge the customer an inspection fee on top of the repair cost. The inspection fee should be deducted from the repair cost if the customer chooses to do the repairs at the dealership.Response from Fox Buick GMC
